Karl Engelbrecht was elected President of the Syracuse Builders Exchange for 2005 at the recent annual membership and board of directors meeting.

Mr. Engelbrecht is President of Burns Bros. Contractors, whose main office is located in Syracuse, NY. Karl was educated locally at Bishop Grimes High School and LeMoyne College. He has been with Burns Bros. since 1973 and has been involved with numerous construction projects throughout New York State.

Karl holds a Master Plumbing license in Onondaga County, and besides membership in the Syracuse Builders Exchange, is affiliated with several trade and civic organizations.
