We have processes and procedures in place to keep our employees educated, trained, and informed so they can be as safe as possible on every job site. This helps our projects stay on schedule, deliver the highest quality, and minimize risk.

We not only invest in our internal people but also in the industry.  Our professionals serve as lead instructors to the UA Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 267 Apprenticeship Program that covers virtually every discipline in the program.  In recent years almost every apprentice in the Syracuse area has been trained, in some form, by a Burns Bros employee.
