Jeremy Pelis

Since his arrival at Burns Bros in 2011, Jeremy has led the company’s Project Coordination function with an efficient and continuously improving the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology.  Jeremy remodels project designs to produce properly phased coordination images. This gives our field personnel a look at a virtual finished product throughout the construction process.

Through the use of Virtual Design & Construction Technology (VDC), including intelligent 3D model-based processes, Burns Bros is able to gain critical insight and tools to most efficiently plan, design, construct buildings and necessary infrastructure. Jeremy and his team’s expertise, and collaborative and responsive styles, to address project needs provide tremendous value to Burns Bros and all related construction professionals.

In addition to his role in BIM and VDC Management, Jeremy fills the role of Project Manager.  His main focus in this role has been for an aluminum production facility where he has supported a variety of expansion and site improvement projects, including:

• CASH (Continuous Annealing Solution Heat) expansions for aluminum automotive sheet
• Site infrastructure improvements
• Furnace and Hot Mill improvements

Jeremy is a proficient user in the Autodesk portfolio of products, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.  His experience from a wide variety of project types provides valuable design and construction knowledge to our projects and project owners.
