Nichole has been a key contributor to the Burns Bros team since joining our organization in 2007. Nichole continues to expand her expertise and leadership with the company, which is reflected by her current role as Office Operations Manager. In this role, Nichole oversees all construction-related contract administration, which includes construction projects, business surety requirements, subcontractors management, and customer/client communications. Additionally, Nichole leads all ERP business system on-going activity and initiatives.
Constant changes in the construction industry offers opportunities and challenges to continually explore, develop, and implement innovative ways to do business. Nichole is a key member of the team that drives internal excellence and continuous improvement, working alongside every area in the company, from Field Operations, Quality and Safety, Human Resources, IT, and Finance and Accounting.
